WHY THIS NOTICE

This page describes how to manage the site in relation to the processing of personal data of users who consult it.

THE “RESPONSIBLE OF TREATMENT”

The company B-Press Srl, located in Novara, Piazza Lombardia 4, has been designated as responsible for the treatment pursuant to Article 28 of the European Regulation (UE) 2016/679, as responsible for the ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of the technological part of the site .

DATA PROCESSING PLACE

The treatments connected to the web services of this site take place at the aforesaid location and are only handled by technical personnel, or by persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations.
No data deriving from the web service is communicated or disseminated outside the company. Personal data provided by users who request information are used only to perform the service or provision requested and are communicated to third parties only if this is necessary for this purpose.

Our company has examined the provision of the Authority for the Protection of personal data “Identification of simplified procedures for the information and the acquisition of consent for the use of cookies” of 8 May 2014 – [doc. web n. 3118884] (Published in the Official Gazette No. 126 of 3 June 2014).
Pursuant to this provision, FALGA SRL wishes to inform that its corporate sites mentioned in this statement use only technical cookies and not cookies for profiling users.
The pages of the site can use the Google Analytics services whose information and privacy policy can be found starting from the following link http://www.google.it/analytics/learn/privacy.html .
Relatively, therefore, only technical aspects, cookies and protocols, we wish to inform you that:
• The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
• This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but which by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING OF DATA COLLECTED

The Data concerning the User is collected to allow the Owner to provide its services, as well as for the following purposes: Interaction with live chat platforms, Statistics and Interaction with social networks and external platforms.
The types of Personal Data used for each purpose are indicated in the specific sections of this document.

METHOD OF TREATMENT

Personal data are processed with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. The treatment will be carried out by specifically appointed persons and in compliance with the provisions of art. 29 of the European Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

DATA SUPPLIED VOLUNTARILY BY USER

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.

OPTIONALITY OF DATA SUPPLY

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED

The subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to ask the Data Controller to rectify or delete personal data, or limit the processing that concerns them, to oppose their treatment and the right to data portability ( Articles 15 – 22 UE Reg. 679/2016)
Right of withdrawal of consent. The interested party has the right to withdraw his consent at any time; the revocation does not affect the lawfulness of the treatment based on the consent given prior to the revocation. Furthermore, the interested party has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority that in Italy is the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data.
