Health and Safety at work

On the 17th of March 2016 FALGA has obtained the BS OHSAS 18001:2007 certification, which is an international regulation for Health and Safety.

In November 2020 FALGA acquires the UNI ISO 45001 certification which replaces BS OHSAS 18001-2007.

The goals of FALGA are: control, awareness and minimization of risks both in normal operating situations and in abnormal situations.

Getting certified according to UNI ISO 45001:2018 then means carrying on a project of improvement of the performance of the company through time, showing commitment and respect for the employees.

To understand the importance of the UNI ISO 45001:2018 certification it is important to consider where it fits into the national and international scene of Certifications.
UNI ISO 45001:2018 in fact represents an important step in view of the definition of an international standard about an aspect so delicate and actual of job’s world.
UNI ISO 45001:2018 is not a simple aspect of production or service delivery process, but its most important and vulnerable elements: people.

UNI ISO 45001:2018 was developed thanks to the cooperation of the main International Certification Entities and some important National Standard Institutes.

The basic idea is that companies should refer to a single reference model, i.e. an objective parameter that can be certified on occupational health and safety management systems that companies should respect

Being UNI ISO 45001:2018 certified is demonstrating and obtaining the corresponding acknowledgment that you are working in line with the standards of excellence.
