THE REASONS FOR THIS NOTICE

This page describes site management related to the processing of personal data of its users.

This information note is pursuant to art. 10 of the Law of December 31 1996 n. 675 and D.Lgs. June 30 2003 n.196 “Personal data protection code” to the users of the web services of FALGA Srl for the protection of personal data, that can be accessed  at the following address:

The information note is issued only for the website at issue and for no other websites that the user may visit through the links.

The information note also results from the Recommendation n. 2/2001 that European authorities adopted for personal data protection, meeting in the Unit set up by art. 29 of directive n. 95/46/CE, on May 17 2001 to identify the minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online, and, in particular, the methods, time and nature of information that the processing controllers should supply to the users when they connect to web pages, regardless from the purposes of the connection.

Following the visit of this website data relative to identified or identifiable persons can be processed.

DATA PROCESSING

The processing connected to the web services of this site take place at the above-mentioned offices of FALGA Srl  and is carried out by technical staff of the Office in charge of the processing, or by any person in charge of occasional maintenance operations.

No data deriving from the web service is communicated or circulated.

Personal data supplied by the users who submit requests for information material forwarding are used only for the purpose of carrying out the service or operation required and are notified to third parties only if this is necessary to this end.

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED

Navigation data

Computer systems and software procedures running this website acquire, during their ordinary operation, personal data whose transmission is implied in the use of Internet communication protocols.

This information is not collected to be associated to identified persons concerned, but due to their own nature it could, through processing and associations with data held by third parties, allow identifying the users.

This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by the users connecting to the website, URI addresses (Uniform Resource Identifier) of required resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in reply, the numerical code indicating the state of the reply given by the server (good reply, error, etc.) and other parameters relative to the operating system and the IT environment of the user.

This data is used only to get anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to control its proper operation and are cancelled immediately after being processed. Data could be used to ascertain any liability in case of any computer crimes against the website: except for this event, as things stand today web contacts do not last more than seven days.

Data supplied voluntarily by the user

The optional, explicit and voluntary forwarding of email to the addresses indicated on this website entails the successive acquisition of the address of the user, necessary to reply to the requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.

Specific information notes will be progressively reported or displayed on the pages of the website created for special services on demand.

COOKIES

No personal data of the users is acquired by the website in this respect.

No cookies are used for the transmission of personal information, and the so-called persistent cookies are not used, none of the systems called user tracing is used.

The so-called session cookies (that are not stored in a permanent way on user’s pc and disappear when the browser is closed) are strictly limited to the transmission of session identification data (composed of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to allow safe and efficient website browsing.

The so-called session cookies used in this site avoid using other IT techniques that potentially may be detrimental to the confidentiality of users’ browsing and do not allow acquiring personal data that identify the user.

OPTIONAL DATA ENTRY

Apart from what has been specified for browsing data, the user can voluntarily supply personal data reported in the query forms to FALGA Srl or anyway indicated in the contacts with the Office to require information material or other communications.

Failure to enter this data can entail the impossibility to get what was requested.

To complete the information being provided, we remind that in some cases the Authorities can ask for facts and information in compliance with art. 32, section 1, of law n. 675/1996 (Art.157, Law Decree June  30 2003 n.196 “Personal data protection code”)  for the purposes of personal data processing control. In these cases the reply is mandatory and otherwise subject to administrative penalty.

PROCESSING METHODS

Personal data are processed with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.

Specific safety provisions are complied with to prevent data loss, illegitimate or improper use and unauthorized accesses.

RIGHTS OF THE PERSONS CONCERNED

The subjects to whom personal data are referred are entitled at any moment to receiving the confirmation of the existence or less of this data and to knowing their content and origin, checking their accuracy or requiring their integration or update, or the amendment (art. 13 law n. 675/1996 - Art.7, D.Lg. June 30 2003 n.196 “Personal data protection code”).

In compliance with the above article you are entitled to requiring the cancellation, transformation in anonymous form or the blocking of the data processed breaching the law, or to objecting anyway, for legitimate reasons, to their processing.
