Falga follows very close all the steps for the realisation of the tools which are made from the best workshops available on the market. The experience acquired on more than 700 tools allows today the employ of the more suitable material, technologies and solutions for each type of required moulding, looking always for quality, meant as high productivity at low costs.

Moulding is Falga's core-business and employs today 22 machines with different characteristics in 3 departments which are constantly monitorated from responsible staff. All raw materials have to pass hard checks in acceptance and are stocked in a special climatised room. The automation level has taken the ratio man/machine to 4 machines for each operator, improving quality checks and the collection of production data.
